well less than a week till christmas and i'm working every day including xmas eve. town is absolutely mental at the moment...everyone starts panicking about what they're buying and stuff. i find it hard to believe the economy is on a down turn with the money that people are spending at the moment it's crazy! thankfully i am pretty much done with the xmas shopping thing.
well i've applied for a job in sydney. i think i am officially mad but y'know, when else can u just up and go somewhere if not at the age when you're most young and interesting?
on an unrelated note, me n zip did a bit of chalking the other night there around the unley area. we wrote 'reserved' signs in the car park and apparently cars were not parking in those spaces...how cool is that?! unfortunately i didn't have my camera with me, but it's looking unlikely that i can finish a whole roll of colour, then a whole roll of black and white, and get it all done b4 xmas so i can get the happy snap thing happening. if i end up in sydney i promise to get some squaa b&w shots done b4 i go...then maybe i'll chalk the harbour hehe
anyway...i must go write a note on zips journal cause he's on my case about it :) au revoir!

did i mention that i'm obsessed with banksy already? well i am. 'existencillism' is now on it's way from the uk, and he has 3 whole pages devoted to him in a squaa book on stencil graffiti, which i am consequently buying for this very reason. plus, if i'm in sydney i can go see his thing in april! even if i'm NOT in sydney i would go anyway just to see it!

ok. now things are getting ridiculous. i have been asked to think about a management position in sydney. i think i'm just going to hibernate for the next few months until someone makes a decision for me :) london, sydney, adelaide hehehe
here's a brief rundown of the past few days:
1. the weather is stinking hot. 2. 21st birthday at swingcat club [not mine btw] then dancing at minke bar...squaa time had by all. 3. lunch/cawfee/drinks/beach down at henley beach on sunday...glorious. 4. the end of xmas shopping...thank god. 5. singing along to the rather excellent version of 'mad world' as featured on the glorious soundtrack to 'donnie darko'. 6. chalking unley. 7. picking my future destination out of a hat. 8. did i mention the weather is stinking hot?
